We tested this in practice: last season, three teams of airsoft players from Ufa and Kazan used our hip bags with leg fixation during a 72-hour field trip. The result: zero fastener separations, zero zipper failures, one modification request to add an internal pocket for energy bars. This is how updates to the line are born.
We don't say "high quality materials." We specify: 1000D Cordura Nylon with PU impregnation 150gsm, heat welded seams with a tape width of 12mm, anodized aluminum 6061-T6 rivets with a pullout force of 85kg. Why? Because when choosing an outdoor bag, the manufacturer must be transparent in numbers - not in promises. At our Guangzhou facility, every roll of fabric is tested for tensile strength, every seam is tested for fatigue strength, and every zipper is tested for salt spray corrosion resistance (ASTM B117). These are ways to eliminate the points of failure that we saw in 17 other models in our comparison tests.
A client from Yekaterinburg ordered a banana bag for hunting with two modifications: a deep pocket for a thermal imager and an adapted belt with a quick adjustment system for a winter jacket. After 11 days he received a sample. Not because “we are fast”, but because we do not have external contractors for cutting, seams or accessories. Vertical integration is not a slogan.
