Today's inspection of our manufacturing facility focused on the production lines that produce both tactical and casual backpacks. The company has demonstrated high production capabilities: a workshop with an area of 4000 m², employing more than 300 skilled workers, ensuring precision at every stage.
The process begins with careful selection of materials, favoring high-density polyester and durable nylon, known for its durability and water-repellent properties. We observed the precision cutting stage, where computer-controlled machines ensure the precise shape of the panels, minimizing material waste. Particular attention was paid to assembly lines, where craftsmen and machines work in tandem. We observed the stitching of reinforced seams, the installation of durable YKK zippers, and the attachment of hardware such as buckles and straps, all of which undergo rigorous strength testing to ensure durability and load-bearing capacity. Particular attention is paid to quality control at every stage, from production checks to final inspection, including testing seam strength, water resistance and zipper smoothness, to ensure each backpack meets our high standards before dispatch.
The factory's ability to combine this structured, quality-oriented tactical gear production process with the aesthetic and functional design of everyday backpacks is commendable. The commitment to durability, from the selection of materials to the final assembly, was evident throughout the entire visit.
